Hospital Sungai Buloh is a hospital located in the district of Gombak, in Selangor, Malaysia. It is located at a 130-acre (0.53 km2) site which formally housed the National Leprosy Centre. It is about 25 km from Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The hospital has 620 beds and offered a variety of secondary and tertiary medical services. It was initially built to reduce the patient overcrowding at Kuala Lumpur General Hospital.
The hospital is easily accessible by the Hospital Sungai Buloh Interchange of the North-South Expressway Northern Route. It also acts as the emergency route to the hospital.

The proposal to build Hospital Sungai Buloh first arose in 1994. The Cabinet of Malaysia approved a proposal by the Ministry of Health for decentralization of the services offered by the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital to several hospitals in the Klang Valley. This was to ensure the people would enjoy the best health facilies which were easily accessible.
According to the proposal, the decentralization would involve the construction of several new hospitals, namely Hospital Selayang, Hospital Ampang and Hospital Sungai Buloh.
Hospital Sungai Buloh was also planned to apply ICT applications in its management, especially the Total Hospital Information System (THIS), which has been in use since December 2007.

The catchment areas for the services offered by the hospital include the Gombak district, Petaling district and Kuala Selangor district, where the population in these three districts amount to 40% of the total population of the state of Selangor, which is 2.18 million residents.
